Normal we ship by standard shipping, and will not charge you custom taxes, but if you need faster shipping, and you select DHL Express, then might need custom taxes, not all countries, it usually depends on the destination countries, in our experience, To USA will not need custom taxes, but to Canada, most orders need custom taxes. Have you changed the 'Size' or 'SKU' when you sync products to your Shopify? Please make sure you didn't change these two attributes when you sync products.

Does Intrestprint email my customers the shipping tracking email or do I manually email shipping tracking info to customers?

if you sell on Shopify, we will sync the tracking # to the corresponding order in your store after shipment and the order status will be fulfilled. so your customer can see the tracking info. As for email notifications, you should add to your store admin.

We noticed that once we paid an order tracking is provided right away and we need to send it to the customer manually. Can InterestPrint fulfill the order in Shopify and send the tracking to customers automatically? or do we need to do this manually? The checkbox on the orders I want to sync is missing.

Currently, you can use this way to sync your tracking number to your Shopify. Please kindly check the attached image. Just need to click your store name, then all of the orders which still haven't synced the tracking number yet will sync to your Shopify automatically. You don't have to click the checkbox, just click the button I show you in the attachment, then you can sync all the tracking numbers which not yet synced to your Shopify.
